When we look at the reality of what we can afford– we might have to downsize our idea of a dream home in the beginning, especially if this is our first home. Even though you might now be able to afford a larger home, it doesn’t mean that you haven’t found your dream home. You need to be in sync with your budget and not go into debt just because you really, really wanted that home.
